We maufacture our knives from specialized alloy steels, utilizing laser cutting technology to reduce stress, and exacting heat treating process to insure absolute flat & balanced knives. All our knives are surface ground on precision horizontal spindle surface grinders alowing us tolerances of .001" on thickness. Gockel knife grinders along with fine grit grinding wheels are used to provide optimum performance.  Standard and custom knives available.

  "Ultra Level Polished". Our latest version of our Ultra Level saws are now supplied with a shiny polished micro surface finish. These saws with our memory retaining 2 step heat treating process will provide the flatest saws with the minimum amount of benching between runs of any circular saw available.
